... to the online home of the 2027 UK Mega!

Yes, there is going to be a Mega in 2027! It'll be a one-day event - similar to London Calling or the Geolympics - in the West Midlands region, and on a date set to work well with the annual Piratemania event.

Why the West Midlands? Well, it's an area with plenty of interesting history, countryside that's rather lovely without being too challenging to walk over, and an enthusiastic and supportive local caching community. There's plenty of scope for some great geocaching days out, and we'll be making sure that there's a wide range of new caches to go at for anyone who may be planning on staying a bit longer before or after the Mega.

Why us? Well, those of you who came to Uttoxeter in 2022 will probably recognise some of the team. We have some new faces in there too, because fresh ideas are never a bad thing, and we think that between us, we have the experience and enthusiasm to deliver a great Mega. We love our region, we love its friendliness and its caching scene, and we'd love to share it with you. So, come and join us in 2027 - we look forward to seeing you!
