Shipments and returns

Physical products will be sent via Royal Mail as a small parcel - allow 2-3 working days for delivery. Please note that, due to GPSR legislation, we cannot ship to the EU or to Northern Ireland.

Alternatively, you may collect from us at Piratemania 2026 or the 2026 East Anglia Mega. If you choose this option, we will not charge you for postage, but please make sure you turn up and collect your order.

We will only accept returns if your product is faulty or has arrived damaged - in the unlikely event of this happening, please contact us.
